Sweet Bakery was a long awaited dream project that came alive in early 2018 when Duda Family had moved from
Dublin to Portlaoise.
Marcin and Patrycja Duda have both been very passionate and professional bakers for close to 20 years and both have worked very hard all of their life, since their late teens, gaining valuable experience while travelling around the world.
“We decided to utilize our experience, passion for baking and knowledge when setting up our family bakery in Portlaoise”.

Sweet Bakery is very proud to say it is “an old-fashioned bakery” where everything is made by hand, from scratch and in small batches. We are also happy that Artur Switecki has joined us recently and are hoping that together we can become a solid and successful business while fulfilling our lifelong dream – baking with real passion and making people happy.
